Pseudepigraphal Literature

Disclaimer

The term “Pseudepigrapha” (literally Greek for “fake writings”) is not some neatly collected and connected group of books but a term used to refer to some texts outside of the biblical canon and Apocrypha. These texts are considered to be pseudepigraphal. Despite the thorough nature of this study and the vass amount of texts that I will be studying, there are still a minority of texts that I do not have that are considered pseudepigraphal but will not be read or referenced in this study. I may later study these texts. However, for the purpose of this study, the term “pseudepigrapha” should refer to the many pseudepigraphal texts that I am studying.
